1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

1.1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

1.1.2 Your item must be in the original packaging.

1.2 Initiation

1.2.1 You must initiate the return process within 30 days of your purchase.

1.2.2 To initiate a return, please contact us at support@healean.ca, providing your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

1.2.3 Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the product.

1.3 Return Shipping

1.3.1 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

1.3.2 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1.4 Refund

1.4.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

1.4.2 We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1.4.3 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

2. Exchanges

2.1.2 We will initiate an exchange process for the defective or damaged item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4.2 Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the standard return process applies.

6. Refunds on Sale Items

6.1 Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
